Twerk, Roll, Stop, Lose Control
It's a unique feeling when you are attracted to something that spits in your face. It often doesn't make any sense, is rarely the right thing to do, but can be really awesome. The smell is much like the sweet, sticky smell of garbage before it turns rancid... or after it's been rancid and is starting to incorporate into the soil. Awesome.
Such interactions were never taught to you in children's books where bullies are always evil people, but who was that bully when she went home and ate grapes and pet her dog and watched Full House on TV? No one can be as evil as those evil children in children's books. They can be evil, but not all evil... and that's almost evil-er.
I wonder why the books never tell you to try and interact with those people and that getting your nose broken could be worth it. That maybe your safety wasn't more important than that person having a friend. Maybe the books never told you that because they were afraid you'd be hurt. And everyone knows being hurt never taught anyone anything... at least that what your radio tells you when it fails to understand how important it is for you to occasionally listen to music that kicks you in the teeth.
